Icebox Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Crisco
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Mix Crisco and sugar.
Add eggs and mix.
Sift flour, salt and baking powder, 1/3 at a time, and mix.
Add vanilla and mix well. Mold into round log and refrigerate until needed, then slice and bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly tan, about 10 minutes.
