Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sweet milk
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 egg yolks
    2 egg whites
    dash of nutmeg or any desired flavoring
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add sugar.
    Add flavoring, flour, salt, milk and yolks of eggs; mix well.
    Lightly fold in whites of eggs and pour into pie shell.
    Bake 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 oven.
