Autumn Apple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
2/3 c. sugar
3 oz. lemon Jell-O
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. diced unpeeled red apples
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. chopped celery
8 oz. whipped topping
Preparation

In a saucepan, cook pineapple and sugar about 3 minutes. Add Jell-O and cream cheese; mix well. Fold in rest of ingredients. Pour into 9 x 13-inch dish and chill overnight.
