Yam Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cube butter
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. yam juice
3/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 (30 oz.) can yams, drained
1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
4 to 5 apples, peeled and sliced
Preparation

Melt butter.
Add next 6 ingredients, cooking until thick. Combine with yams, pineapple chunks and apples.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until apples are cooked.
