Beef-Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. ground beef (extra lean)
    1 medium onion, cut up
    approximately 1/2 bag frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 can cream of celery soup or 1 can mushroom soup
    8 oz. grated mild Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Press uncooked ground beef into 9-inch square baking dish. Place cut onion over beef.
    Next, put frozen hash browns evenly. Spread soup evenly and top with grated cheese.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
