Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

4 eggs
1 stick margarine
1 c. water
1 c. flour
Preparation

Put one cup water in pan.
When the water is boiling add 1 stick of margarine, when melted add 1 cup of flour; mix together. Turn flame off.
When cooled, add one egg at a time, mixing it into batter thoroughly.
It will get a little hard to turn, but keep mixing until all eggs are absorbed.
Put flour on the bottom of pan.
Put one teaspoon in preheated oven at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Shut oven off and leave them in for another 30 minutes. Don't open oven for any reason once they went in.
When cooled you can fill them with vanilla pudding and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
