Chewy Oatmeal And Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. Crisco (butter flavored)
1 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg
1/3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. oats, uncooked
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts

Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease cookie sheet.
Combine butter flavored Crisco, sugar, egg, milk and vanilla in large bowl.
Beat at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended.
Then combine oats, flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Mix into the creamed mixture at low speed, just until blended.
Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
