Lo Mein (Beef Or Chicken) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. boneless chicken breast or round steak
    1 onion, chopped
    3 carrots, sliced thin
    3 stalks celery, sliced thin
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 lb. snow peas
    1/4 c. Yoshida gourmet sauce
    8 oz. spaghetti
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Slice chicken or beef in thin strips.
    Stir-fry in 1 tablespoon oil until done.
    Remove from pan.
    Stir-fry vegetables in remaining oil.
    When done, add chicken or beef to pan along with Yoshida sauce.
    Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
