Homemade Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1/3 c. onion, diced
    2 or 3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 can kidney beans or small red beans
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in shortening and onions together.
    Then mix all ingredients.
    Cook for a while.
