Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. All-Bran cereal
    1 c. boiling water
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 qt. buttermilk
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    2 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 to 1 tsp. cinnamon
    nuts or raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Mix bran with water.
    Let stand for 5 minutes.\tStir in other ingredients.
    Bake\tfor
    20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    This keeps for 6 weeks in refrigerator and bake as needed.
