Fresh Strawberry Sherbet(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. water
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 c. ripe strawberries, pureed and chilled
Preparation
    Combine sugar and water in small pan.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
    Before sugar comes to a boil, remove and chill until syrupy.
    In blender, add syrup to remaining ingredients and blend well.
    Turn mixture into freezing tray and freeze until firm.
    Makes 8 servings.
    One serving equals 90 calories or 2 1/2 fruit exchanges.
