Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 qt. Roma tomatoes, peeled and cubed
2 large onions, chopped
2 large green peppers, chopped
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. canning salt
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. sugar
4 oz. can jalapeno pepper (I cut up 6 small from garden)
Preparation

Put all in a roast pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
Stir every 30 to 45 minutes.
Put in jars and seal.
