Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef cubes, cut into bite-size
    3/4 c. red cooking wine
    1 can Campbell's mushroom soup
    1 small can or 8 to 10 fresh button mushrooms
    1 onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown beef cubes with onions and mushrooms in a little oil. Add soup and wine.
    Simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
    Can be made ahead and reheated.
    Serves 4.
