Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked shell macaroni (2 c. raw)
1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp
4 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 c. salad dressing
2 Tbsp. hot bacon drippings (optional)
salt and pepper
1/2 c. pickles (sweet)
1/2 c. cheese, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
Preparation

Toss cooked macaroni, bacon drippings (optional), salad dressing, salt and pepper in large bowl. Add crumbled bacon, pickles, cheese, celery and sliced eggs. Use a garnish along with pimento (parsley or paprika). Makes a huge salad and is good served with lettuce.
