Breakfast Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine, divided
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. milk
    3 eggs, lightly beaten
    salt, garlic powder and freshly ground pepper to taste
    1 (7-inch) pizza shell
    1 Tbsp. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 Tbsp. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Heat 1 tablespoon of the margarine in a small saucepan.
    Add flour; cook 2 minutes.
    Stir in milk; cook until mixture boils and is thick.
    Cool.
    Heat remaining margarine in a small skillet; cook and stir eggs until soft scrambled.
    Cool.
