Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 c. hot water
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    6 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. melted shortening
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Melt 2 packages yeast in 2 cups hot water. Let cool. Then add salt, sugar and beaten eggs. Add 3 cups flour and stir until well mixed.
    Then add the shortening and mix well. Add remaining flour and more if needed to knead well.
    Put in greased bowl and let rise about 2 hours. Be sure it is in warm place.
    Then refrigerate until ready to use. Take out and let rise again and then roll out and make into your favorite rolls until double in size. Bake in 400\u00b0 oven until brown.
