Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 tsp. Wesson oil
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. grated cheese (sharp or mild)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk
Preparation
-
Cook rice and broccoli separately.
Add other ingredients and mix with the cooked rice and broccoli.
Put in a baking dish and bake in oven at 300\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly.
