Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. yellow squash, sliced
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 onion, diced
    1 carrot, grated
    1 pkg. cornbread stuffing mix
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients and layer with stuffing mix in a greased casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Add 1/4 cup water if vegetables seem dry.
