My Children'S Favorite Cranberry Pecan Tassies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 egg
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. Ocean Spray fresh cranberries, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. coarsely broken pecans
Preparation

Blend cheese and 1/2 cup butter; stir in flour.
Chill about 1 hour.
Shape into 2 dozen 1-inch balls.
Place in ungreased 1 3/4-inch muffin pans.
Press dough evenly against bottom and sides of each.
Blend together egg, sugar, 1 tablespoon butter, vanilla and dash of salt just until smooth.
Stir in berries and pecans.
Spoon into pastry lined muffin cups.
Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until filling is set.
Cool in pans. Makes 24.
