Beulah'S Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Presto flour
    1 c. Crisco
    4 large eggs
    1/2 c. walnuts
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Place 1 cup flour and 1 cup sugar in sifter.
    Top with 1 more cup flour and 1/2 cup sugar.
    Sift into bowl and add milk, eggs and vanilla.
    Beat with electric mixer for 20 minutes at medium speed.
    Place 1/2 cup broken walnuts into bottom of greased tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
