Sweet And Sour Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    1/2 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Place pork chops in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    In a bowl, combine juice, ketchup, honey, vinegar, mustard and salt.
    Pour over the chops.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer or until tender.
    Remove pork chops to a serving platter and keep warm.
    Strain pan juices into saucepan. Combine cornstarch and water.
    Add to pan juices.
    Cook and stir until thickened.
    Serve immediately over pork chops.
