Tina'S Taco Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef (lean)
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1/2 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
pinch of red pepper
green chile (optional)
1 1/2 c. biscuit mix, prepared
1/4 c. melted margarine
Preparation

Brown beef, onion and seasoning; drain well.
Pour warm margarine into biscuit dough and stir.
After placing drained beef mixture in large casserole pan, spread biscuit mix over top to edges of pan.
Bake until crust is golden brown.
