Clam Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. Doxsee minced clams
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 stick butter
1 chopped onion
2 Tbsp. parsley
1 Tbsp. oregano
4 cloves chopped garlic
3/4 c. bread crumbs
4 drops Tabasco
Preparation

Drain clams; save juice.
Melt butter and saute onion, garlic and clams.
Add remaining ingredients and mix.
Pour into ovenproof dish.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour, until bubbly.
May be frozen.
