Quick Italian Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    1/2 can tomato paste
    salt to taste
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1 can refrigerator biscuits
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onions and garlic.
    Drain.
    Add tomatoes, seasonings and paste.
    Simmer 20 to 25 minutes.
    Place in casserole.
    Top with quartered biscuits and 1 cup Mozzarella cheese (or whatever cheese you happen to have).
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until biscuits are done.
