Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. dried parsley
    4 c. sliced zucchini (with peel)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/8 tsp. pepper, oregano and garlic powder
    2 beaten eggs
    8 oz. (2 c.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion in melted margarine for about 5 minutes.
    Add parsley and zucchini.
    Cook until tender.
    Add salt, basil, pepper, oregano and garlic powder.
    Blend, stir and cool.
    When cool, mix zucchini mixture with the beaten eggs and cheese.
    Pour into an 8 or 9-inch pan.
    Bake 18 to 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Allow to set 10 minutes before serving.
