Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cooked, boned and chopped into bite size pieces
    2 cans soup (1 cream of chicken and 1 cream of mushroom)
    1 soup can water or broth
    1 (8 oz.) box vermicelli
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 rib celery, chopped
    1/2 stick oleo or butter
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Saute bell pepper, onion and celery in 1/2 stick oleo or butter. Cook vermicelli, drain and mix with all other ingredients. Top with grated cheese (optional) and bake at 350\u00b0 about 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
    If consistency is too thick, sprinkle about 1/4 cup broth over casserole.
    Serves 8 or 10.
