Bar-B-Que Roast Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12-14 lb. beef
1/2 c. salt
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
6 tsp garlic powder
6 tsp. onion powder
1/3 c. course gr. pepper
liquid smoke
Preparation

Mix seasonings together, rub generous amount of seasoning into meat, sprinkle liquid smoke on all sides, wrap beef tightly in heavy duty foil. Wrap from side to side and fold two ends. Put in brown paper bag. Place in pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Cook at 200\u00b0 for 24 hr.
