Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 c. flour (self-rising)
2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. nuts (pecans)
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
2 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Grease and flour cake pan.
Beat eggs.
Add oil and grated carrots; set aside.
Cream sugar, flour and cinnamon.
Add nuts; mix well.
Add eggs, oil and carrot mixture.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 300\u00b0.
