Mushrooms On The Coals - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 to 15 large fresh mushrooms
    4 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms, cut caps in spiral design.
    Place in a double thickness of aluminum foil; add butter, garlic powder and lemon juice.
    Seal and cook over hot coals 12 to 15 minutes or until desired degree of doneness is reached.
