Easy Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 c. Minute rice
1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped broccoli
Preparation

In a large skillet, saute onions in margarine until tender. Add soups, stirring until well combined and creamy smooth. Slice or cube Velveeta into soup mixture and stir until cheese melts. Add broccoli and rice; stir well and remove from heat. Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
