Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground chuck
    2 cans chili beans (16 oz. size)
    2 cans tomato soup (10 3/4 oz. size)
    1 can chili powder (1 1/4 oz. size)
    2 Tbsp. flour (self-rising)
    1 large onion
    1 bell pepper, finely chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck in a frypan; drain.
    Add chili beans (2 cans of water) and tomato soup (2 cans of water).
    Add finely chopped onion and flour and pepper.
    Cook slowly for about 2 1/2 hours.
