Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked squash
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
salt and pepper
about 3/4 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Combine squash, eggs and butter.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix gently and pour in greased casserole.
Top with bread crumbs and bake in 350\u00b0 oven until bubbly and brown on top.
Makes about 6 servings.
