Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frying chicken (about 3 lb.), cut
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Wash and dry chicken.
    Combine flour, salt, pepper and paprika.
    Coat each chicken piece evenly with flour mixture.
    Roll each chicken piece in melted butter.
    Place chicken in single layer, skin side down, in a greased shallow baking pan.
    Bake in a preheated 400\u00b0 oven about 1 hour, turning once at the end of 30 minutes.
    Serves 4.
