Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. chopped broccoli
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. minced onions
    1 c. mushroom soup
    1/2 c. crushed Ritz or cheese Ritz crackers
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Cook broccoli for 5 minutes in salted water; drain well.
    Mix soup, mayonnaise, eggs, onions and cheese.
    Pour mixture over broccoli in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with crushed crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
