Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 pt. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 pt. meat (chicken or fish)
    pepper
    salt
    egg
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Make a white sauce of first 3 ingredients.
    Add next 3 ingredients.
    Make it into the shape you require.
    When cold, cover with egg and bread crumbs.
    Fry 3 to 4 minutes, until light brown.
