Veggie Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 stalks diced celery
    1 head cauliflowerets
    1 head broccoli flowerets
    4 carrots, sliced
    1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 c. diced turnip
    2 c. snow peas
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; toss in fat-free dressing (Italian or Spring Garden).
    You may also use your own fat-free dressing.
    Two cups has only 150 calories.
