Country Fair Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup, undiluted
    1 (17 oz.) can English peas, drained
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to package directions and drain well. Combine ground beef, onions and seasonings in a heavy skillet, stirring to crumble.
    Saute until lightly browned.
    Drain off pan drippings. Stir in cream of celery soup, cover and simmer 10 minutes.
    Stir in macaroni and remaining ingredients.
    Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Yields 8 servings.
