Fluff'S Filling(A Pennsylvania Dutch Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 pieces bread
    10 to 12 medium potatoes, mashed
    1 medium onion, chopped and fried
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. water, saved from potatoes
    parsley
Preparation
    Rip bread into bite sized pieces.
    Pour potatoes over.
    Mix in onion.
    Mix eggs, flour, salt, water and parsley.
    Pour over bread/potato mixture.
    Put dabs of butter in bottom of casserole. Add a little broth from whatever meat you're making.
    Pour potato mixture into pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally during baking.
