Quick Sesame Ginger Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted
1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger root
3 Tbsp. honey
3 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
6 (4 oz.) skinned, boned chicken breast halves
Preparation

Combine first four ingredients.
Set aside.
Place chicken between 2 sheets of heavy-duty plastic wrap and flatten to 1/4-inch thickness, using meat mallet.
Brush half of soy sauce mixture over chicken, both sides.
