Spicy Chili Mac - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can red kidney or pinto beans
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1 bay leaf
    garlic powder (to taste)
    chili powder (to taste)
    1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
Preparation
    In skillet, brown meat and onion.
    Drain fat.
    Stir in undrained tomatoes, undrained beans, tomato sauce, seasonings, 1/2 cup water and 1 1/4 teaspoons salt.
    Bring to boiling, add macaroni.
    Cover and simmer over low heat, stirring often, for 15 to 20 minutes, or until macaroni is done.
