Cheese Ring - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Colby cheese (I like sharp cheese)
1 c. pimento
1 c. cracker crumbs
3 eggs, beaten well
1 c. sweet milk
1/2 c. vinegar, scalded
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Grind the first 3 ingredients together.
Cook the the remaining ingredients.
Put vinegar in while dressing cooks.
May curdle but will be alright.
Cook until smooth and pour over cheese.
Mix.
Grease cheese ring well.
Pour mixture in ring. Cook for 30 minutes or more, until brown, at 350\u00b0.
