Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium potatoes, boiled, cooled and shredded
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. oleo, melted
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. onion
1 1/2 c. cheese, grated
bread crumbs (optional)
Preparation

Spread some cheese on top of potatoes.
Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, then before serving, sprinkle bread crumbs or rest of cheese on top.
