Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, diced
1 Tbsp. shortening
2 Tbsp. tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lb. ground chuck
1 lb. bulk sausage
3/4 c. rice
1 large head of cabbage
18 oz. can drained sauerkraut
Preparation

Saute onion and celery in shortening until transparent.
Add 1 tablespoon tomato sauce, salt and pepper.
Remove from heat to cool.
