Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    small (2 to 3 lb.) pot roast
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 onions, chopped
    4 cloves garlic
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 oz. red or white wine
    8 oz. water
    5 cloves
    2 or 3 bouillon cubes (beef)
Preparation
    Brown roast in margarine.
    Add all ingredients; simmer for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
    Cover; check often to see if liquid has evaporated.
