English Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. chopped water chestnuts (8 oz. can)
    1 small jar pimientos, diced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Cook peas according to package and drain well.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Place in a 2-quart buttered casserole dish.
    Cover top with crushed Ritz crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
