Mexican Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    taco mix
    1 can tomato sauce
    lettuce
    rice
    Ro-Tel dip
    Fritos corn chips
    tomatoes
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain.
    Add taco mix and tomato sauce; let simmer 10 minutes.
    Cook rice.
    Cut lettuce and tomatoes up.
    Heat Ro-Tel dip in microwave.
    Place rice on plate first; add meat, corn chips, lettuce and tomatoes.
    Place Ro-Tel dip on top.
    Enjoy! Yields 4 servings.
