Easy Chocolate Pie(Makes 8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. small marshmallows
    2 Tbsp. milk
    2 1/2 c. thawed Cool Whip
    2 c. cold milk
    2 pkg. (4 serving size) instant chocolate pudding
    1 ready crust pie shell
    14 vanilla cookies
Preparation
    Microwave marshmallows and 2 tablespoons of milk in medium bowl on High for 45 seconds.
    Stir well, then cool in refrigerator for 15 minutes, then stir in 1 cup Cool Whip.
    Pour 2 cups of milk into a large bowl.
    Add pudding mix.
    Beat with wire whisk for 2 minutes.
    Let stand 1 minute or until it thickens.
    Stir in 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip.
    Spoon into crust.
    Arrange cookies over pudding. Spread marshmallow mixture on top.
    Refrigerate for 4 hours until set.
    Serve with chocolate topping.
