Deviled Egg Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 hard boiled eggs
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 oz. can anchovy fillets, mashed
    pinch of pepper
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Peel
    eggs
    and
    cut them in half lengthwise.
    Mash the yolks and
    add
    anchovies,
    mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, parsley
    and
    lemon juice.\tMix into paste and refill the whites. Serve slightly chilled.
    Use as part of antipasto or as canapes.
