Fettucini Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. heavy cream
    2 egg yolks
    1/2 stick butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    fettucini noodles
Preparation
    Cook fettucini.
    Drain.
    Stir in butter and toss until evenly coated.
    Heat cream slowly in medium size saucepan; remove from heat.
    Measure 3 tablespoons of cream into cup.
    Beat eggs and add to 3 tablespoons cream and blend well.
    Beat this mixture into cream in saucepan.
    Heat slowly, stirring constantly, just until mixture begins to thicken.
    Stir in Parmesan cheese.
    Gently fold into noodles.
