Beef Breakfast Rolls(Serves 10) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
2 Tbsp. catsup
1/4 tsp. thyme
2 cans refrigerator biscuits
3 tsp. wheat germ
Preparation

Combine ground beef, soup mix, catsup and thyme.
Separate refrigerator biscuits.
Flatten biscuits with hands.
Sprinkle wheat germ on half the biscuits.
Place 2 tablespoons beef mixture on top of wheat germ.
Top with another biscuit and press edges together.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Serve immediately or store in refrigerator and serve cold.
May be frozen and reheated.
